Phoenix hotels, Cannot be hosted by webhosts. My advice is either using, Xampp or IIS.

Phoenix needs a VPS to run, as it is a PROGRAM, NOT A WEB SCRIPT.

It's not necessary to purchase a VPS, Unless you want it 24/7. But you could just host it on your PC / laptop, You could portforward. But the only problem with that, That the hotel wont be up 24/7.
