Phoenix Emu v3.7.0 client dont work? SCREENIES

My Phoenix emu works it loads and everything I configed the files for my revcms and my emu client load then it stays on hotel view then it dc!!! why? HELP​

If anyone knows how to fix add my msn : [email protected] or comment below Im not using t.v as it crashed my p.c before PLEASE HELP And plus does anyone know how to get it public? like of localhost? thats not very important but does anyone know? ​
