Phoenix Emu - More commands?

I am looking to add new commands to Phoenix Emu 3.11, ones such as buyroom and sellroom.

I have got Visual Basic to edit the emulator files, but I don't have any codes for new commands.

Could someone please give me some sources/codes to new commands.
I have searched but cant find any.
