Download the latest MYSQL Connector for Phoenix.

I updated it 6.6.5 the newly update been had it still not running i forwarded ports 1232 1233 also i been had forwarded 30000 30001

Not Latest My sql connecter 6.4.4 which works perfectly with Phoenix 3.11
