Phoenix Emu 3.11 Error

Hi Guys when i load my emu everything goes perfect but now when the hotel view comes it disconnects my ip then says reload idk what to do please help me out thanks!!

Have you changed anything in the database and when is this error occurring when entering the hotel or when you do something e.g. click navigator
