So, my client loads up to here;

Is this on a vps or a portforwarded habbo retro? Well I think you should double check your config file on the emulator, and also check if the ip on client.php is correct also it's port on client.php, also make sure you put your hotel link or IP on the variables.

Your ports arn't opened or you misconfigured something in the Client.php or your external_variables.
