Phoenix 3.0 client load

Hi,
I change my emu to Phoenix 3.0, everything works but, the client have a long load, after the loading bar is finish. In Phoenix i have Connection Dropped. I don't know how can i fix that.
If anyone can help me ?

I have the same problem. We can connect to the hotel but we have connection dropped 1 time and the second time we can connect :/
