Pheonix Emulator Help

Hey Guys,
I Finally Got UberCMS working but the Pheonix Emulator seems to be giving me an error

Any Suggestions on a fix?

Blame your CMS for not updating your `ip_last` column in your users table, to fix this disable secure sessions in your server_settings table, will by pass ip check.

i can give you another screen shot but ive just tried a new CMS and it was all working fine and then it stopped working all of a sudden
