Pheonix Emu startup issue!

I keep getting this error on the Emulator when I start to debug it for the first time:

And i did edit the config folder correctly! my apache and mysql are on, my db is called rushrp and my pw is perfectly correct in the config folder!!

I've installed the connector and OBDC thing or w.e, as you can see:

I've also re-started my computer when I installed that, what do I do, help me :'(

I have already give you the config_table what you didn't insert correctly when I was on team viewer and you are using your localhost IP in everything change it to your real IP and change the config_table and your done, use sledmores table.
