PHEONIX 3.7.1 EMULATOR ERROR

So I'm using Jays UberCMS Edit (

) and Pheonix 3.7.1 (free build).
I get the following error:

Not sure what I'm doing wrong...here's my config.conf file for the emulator:

I've already uploaded the database that came with Jay's uberCMS so...
my only logical guess is that I can't use pheonix emulator with uber cms...?

You're missing a few tables that are requried to run Phoenix also i would recommend updating to 3.11.0 or GTE.

I downloaded GTE but I'm having trouble setting it up, do you have skype or something??
