Yes, I think in the database (OR IN EXTERNAL TEXTS) not sure, Ill check now.

Wrong, and wrong.
What server do you use? If it is Phoenix, you can't edit them.
If it's uber, you can edit them in HabboHotel > Pets > pets.cs

They're hard-coded(meaning you need the server source to edit them) until Phoenix 3.7.3 (Or atleast I think he said we can edit them in the database in 3.7.3).
