Okay, I didn't know where else to post this. But my site is habbo related so I'm just gonna use this one.

I have a PayPal form on my site right, and when someone sends me money it tells me to verify my account, to receive it. What do I do? Like, I don't want to attach a bank or fill out a CC. I have a credit card on it, so what should I do? Shouldn't a credit card already of activated the paypal account?? http://forum.*****.com/images/smilies/huh.gif

they send you something like

£0.12
£0.04

then you have to enter these to verify its your card

then your acc is activated
