Not so hard to setup on xampp, go to apache > conf > httpd.conf and change DocumentRoot "C:/xampp/htdocs" and <Directory "C:/xampp/htdocs"> to "C:/xampp/htdocs/public" and <Directory "C:/xampp/htdocs/public"> then just follow Objects tutorial

Just follow the tutorial for the Atom/Nitro setup, it’s really easy, if you get stuck somewhere just post a comment on the thread.

I’m not sure on your budget but you can get a half decent VPS for £15.
