So I've been thinking about this and it looks like a decent idea because what most hackers do is they get your mail to reset all your passwords, they don't crack only your Forum account because they can't and on a forum like Devbest you can't just crack open an account unless someone uses a bad password and that happens frequently and I would advice those users to actually start and change their passwords to a way stronger one because there are haters around and they will do their best to make your life a living hell.
So what should happen is when someone tries and reset your forum password that the forum does a IP check, and when it's not coming over with the IP that was used when registering then the owner will recieve a mail that someone tried to reset their password and that he or she should change her password as soon as possible. I've seen Alpnames use this and Alpnames is a domain registar for those who don't know what Alpnames and I thought it would be a good idea for Devbest as well.
Because the Two-Factor authencation is great, I'm having it on my account but a extra security measure would be pleasant but that's what I'm thinking.
Not going to set up polls, just going to wait for Josh to reply with his decision and let you people make the decision whether this is reasonable or not.
