when setting up my hotel i keep getting Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_VARIABLE in C:\xampp\htdocs\global.php on line 58 i looked at line 58 and noththing is wrong with it

try a different cms i reccomend the desire cms as i have had no problems with it and its easy to customize

why not post a copy of your global.php?
This error could be caused for a number of reasons, most common one will be line 58 will link to another php file with an error within that
