Own Skype/Curse Client

I want to make my own voice chat client. Like skype och curse voice.
Anyone who knows some good starting tutorial or can alot of it?
Please help me in that case!

Could also easily use Java.

All you need to do is create an array that holds voice. Create a button to click to start recording voice. Have a buffer. Send the array to all other clients. (This is very simplified)
