OS on vps.

It does default Windows 2003 but i mounted Windows 2008 R2
ive rebooted like 100 times, any help? :L

and cant set up iis on 2003.

Ooo Thrust ok. Mount the new OS (Windows Server 2008) then hit the reinstall button, wait 1-2 minutes then connect via VNC to install the OS.
