It's good. I would use it. Although it would be better if text was less transparent.

It looks too bright and too many colors. Use like 2 color ranges and base the whole banner around that for example; black & yellow. Main font is Black, secondary font is yellow. Think you need to experiment more with Photoshop before you make more banners because all i can see your using is using stroke and messing around with transparency.
