Is phoenix a java emu? I guess not lmao,? Just a linux VPS is 1000x cheaper then a windows VPS, liek I can get a linux vps with 4tb bandwith, 2 gb ram, 4 gb burstable ram, and 200 gb harddrive for $20, or I can get a windows with the same specs for $40,

Phoenix is done in C# which is no way near java athough the syntax is similar c# isnt really cross platform

If your wanting compatibility with phoenix i reccomend Windows as there arent many java / linux langaged emus out there
