On my hotel it says Blitz on everything.

On the quests, Badges etc. How do i change it to my hotel name? Any 1?

Change the loader text in the SWFs i think and change the name on everything in external_texts

Are you using revCMS or uberCMS
and what are your SWF directory called r63 or Gordon

Ok go go into your gordon folder and if look for gamedata folder. if its not there then there all in the one folder so just scroll down and look for external_text.txt
