But my friends cant, they say it's a white screen.

Did you change the url in your config file from localhost to the ip...?

Internet Explorer issue most likely. Also what xampp/IIs version is this? Phpretro uses Xampp 1.7.1

Make me a vps account and I fix. I used Phpretro just fine on Xampp 1.7.1.
