Can someone help me, when I opened my index.php on wwwroot folder, it return to this

When opened my website, its say The page cannot be displayed because an internal server error has occurred.

The first word in the document is not only readable, but says something different. It looks like your file is encrypted? Potentially a virus, some software or someone else with access doing something to your files?
