This is stupid logic - because some takes drugs, they are more inclined to violence?
I have a few friends who've used a plethora of drugs in their lifetime and they're not violent at all.

I suppose. Perhaps exceptions should be made for some, but i put my foot down at Heroin. If Heroin addicts don't get Heroin, they will do anything to get it. Jail sentences for numerous other reasons not just violence.

I think that certain drugs should just be legalized, weed for instance if smoked with a cigarette filter is actually a very healthy stress relief. A lot healthier than alcohol for one, however things such as Heroine and PCP inspire violence and in those instances, yes I believe a jail sentence is in order.
