Non-Existent Drive Letters

I have two non-existant drives, and I have no clue why they are there. I have gone into Device Manager, and tried to remove them, but I just put a bunch of unused drives offline
Forgot to include: I have Windows 7 home Premium, HP Pavilion.
I have no clue how to remove them. Any Ideas?

Is one of those drive letter Q: Because i have a win xp hp pavilion desktop and that just randomly appeared too.
