No Public Rooms? HELP!

I have a v26 PHPretro set up, At the moment I'm just Habbx Emulator r26 but it's got alot of bugs so I might try find a new one, I'm hosting my own DCR's. Anyway my problem is that I load up my hotel and there is no Public Spaces, Only guest rooms.

Anyone know a fix?:/

hmm habbx is like the old skool hablog server. the problem is it doesn't know it has the public rooms.
The best solution is to try to find a new EMU.
