It does that on Litespeed Webserver but on apache it loads really really slow but it doesn't show them errors .. Any ideas?

Change your PHP version. The script you are using is using deprecated shit

As for the undefined index check

You must be registered for see links

If you're getting that deprecated message warning when using <PHP 5.5, then you must be doing something wrong.

If you want to use a version greater than 5.5 you can edit the shout.php file, it's an easy fix.
