No CSS revcms, %7BURL%7D

All my pages are without css on them. Whenever I click on something it won't redirect me right but it puts, %7BURL&7d before each link... Let's say I click on community, it redirects me to

instead of just

Looks like an error with the database, or something killing the script.

Usually the script is killed due to an issue, so the template engine isn't set properly. That's most likely what has happened here.

Maybe enable error reporting.

How ? And how is the script killed? I'm using the standard revcms that I've always used :'/

I just did it and it worked really well! I copied from phoenix 3.11.0 sql and it created cms_news. I just renamed that database from cms_news to site_news and it worked just fine! I'm using RevCMS 1.9.9.9. It's the layout that Wicked released
