News doesn't show html

So I'm having this issue, and it's really angering me. Whenever I post news it ends up like this

If anyone knows how to fix this I'd be grateful.

Try going to the page that the news is viewed, find the code that displays the news from the database, and somewhere in there where it wont affect the rest of the php queries, and put HTML tags around that code that displays it. Just a thought.
