New users are Rank 2

When people register, by default, they're set to rank 2 instead of 1.
My CMS is Illumina.

Post the table structure of your `users` table and your register code.

Open the 'lightcms.php' file which can be found in the 'engine' directory, and find "$default_rank", replace 2 by 1 and save.
