It look alright, but I do suggest removing the grey glow behind the 'sign', it makes it look a little ugly.

In my honest opinion it needs a lot of work. It's way too bland and the choice of colors aren't the best. Just work on it a little bit, add a background, switch the colors and tidy it up. Then it won't look too shabby. Good luck!
