New Rule Added to Coders Paradise..

Just an idea but I think a new rule should be added to the coders paradise section (especially the showcase sub-forum).

Upon giving feedback, it should always be constructive and you should always provide a way of improving if necessary. Of course, this would only apply to negative feedback so no pointless posts like "This is shit" is posted.

Like Wess suggested, why not add is a global to cover all areas?
