Recruiting New Minecraft server, Need a staff team. | Last Minute Gaming

Me and a friend will be starting up a minecraft server. We need a staff team to help run it and the few servers that we will run.

We currently are looking into having few servers, one being factions and the other being SMP

Currently running off of our own dedicated server:
Intel Xeon E3 1245v2
4 c/ 8 t
3.4 GHz+
32 GB DDR3 Ram
2 x 2 TB SATA In Hard Raid
480 Gbps of DDos protection


We have few staff positions available
If you're accepted, you will be given "Temp Staff"
This is where we watch over you for the next few days and see what position you deserve(Mod/Admin and such)

Requirements:

Must be MATURE
Willing to listen to someone higher
Friendly
Have teamspeak 3 (its free, go download it)
Have a mic
