New Computer?

Hey guys, so I've been looking to buy a new computer.
I mainly use me computer for half just browsing and a bit coding/programming.
Im looking for a computer that has pretty good specs and is also portable.

So far I've looked at a couple of Dell and HP computers and I just wanted your opinions on what I should get? (Preferably Dell or HP)
