new cms help

ok my friend has made me a new cms which i like alot here is a preview of 1 of the pages below

It's my first hotel and i'd like to replace my current revcms to the new cms but i am abit noobish and have no idea what to do? could anyone help me with a step by step guide it's ok if not just struggling a little. thanks in advance.

First of all download the new CMS.
Go to your public website folder could be (doubt you're on linux so will just reference IIS and Xampp default locations).
C://xampp//httdocs or C:/inethub/wwwroot/

Paste the new CMS which you downloaded.
Find the config file and edit it to your liking; db info will be in old cms config.

so do i just replace the habbo file with the new cms file then edit the config? just a little confusing how some files are missing that's all sorry for asking

Yeah if it's a RevCMS theme
