[Need] Youtube Banner

I am starting a youtube channel. Just ordered a $200 elgato capture card 60fps and I need a good youtube banner. If someone wouldn't mind making me one here is what will be on my channel:
- Call of Duty MW3
- Call of Duty MW2
- Riot Shielding Gameplay
- Tips, Tricks, and More
- Call of Duty Funny Moments
- Minecraft

Those are the big ones, and more things will be added down the road. If you could please make a nice banner that would be much appreciated. I don't have enough time between now and when my first video is coming up on Monday.
