Need some help/advice with few problems...

Hello guys,
I need some help with few problems I am currently facing with my hotel.

• I recently added the new 2016 furni, and the floor tiles such as the grass' and etc. It wont allow me to go over all 4 box's only lets me click 3.
• Catalogue > Group Forums > when I tried to buy a forum for the group and confirm purchase it freezes

What could be causing these issues? If someone could kindly tell me/guide me it will be very helpful, thankyou.

Change the width and length to 2 in the furniture table.

I don't think group forums were released in the original Plus EMU release.
