Need hotel to be up asap - r63 Phoenix

I know phoenix is really outdated but yeah. I've set the enable thinggy in the server_settings table to 0. It worked for about an hour. So I restarted server and now every time we join we crash. Please help :3

It says we connected to times and dropped 2 times. It should only say dropped once.
