Need help with REV CMS problem

Long story sort every time I highlight the "habbo-plate" It moves down. Is there anyway I can stop it from moving at all.

Can someone tell me what file and maybe the line to change/remove to fix this problem that would be a ton of help.

Remove the hover in your CSS/Copy the height/width/position of the original habbo-plate if you wish to keep the hover
