[Need help with Retro setup]

Hello there, I have try to setup my retro hotel on my vps about 1 day and looking tutorials. It's working fine on my computer with xampp. I have followed this tutorials on youtube and on this forum. I am using IIS some web server. I don't get homepage, but only list off these files i have use.
