Need help with restalling my hotel.

As you may know I got scammed yesterday. The person who did this to me stole my Phoenix License and shutted down my website. Since I am not a coder I dunno what is wrong but I get the following error when I try to visit my site,

You must be registered for see links

MySQL Engine - RevCMS: MySQL could not connect to host


Anyone any idea how to fix this?

anyway. its a database error re-upload and fix config.

Then create a database and config RevCMS to work with it. The site will work 100%, but you can't go to the client
