Need help with my Retro

Hello there I need help with my retro client every time I try opening my client this happens:

Warning: require_once(thehabbos_api/includes.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in C:\xampp\htdocs\api.php on line 9

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'thehabbos_api/includes.php' (include_path='.;C:\xampp\php\PEAR') in C:\xampp\htdocs\api.php on line 9

Because the file obviously doesnt exists. Just remove the line.
