Steps:
- Install a webserver(Most people use IIS)
- Install MySQL(for database).
- Choose a CMS, put it in the folder your webserver used(If it is a CMS made in PHP, php will need to be installed).
- Choose a Emulator, execute SQL & do EMU configuration.
- Setup SWF pack for the emulator you have chosen.
- Open the port the EMU uses via firewall.
- Done.
