Wait what? You want to REMOVE motto from your hotel? Why the fuck would you do that? Anyways just change some of the swf-coding with the UI editor or whatever it's called. Instead of removing code in the emu, just remove the part that shows motto in the swf. Dunno if the UI Editor is released on this forum but it sure is on a rival site..
