Need help with adapter ports for the ps4

Hi i recently ordered a mouse and keyboard for my playstation to try it out, everything works fine other than in game because obviously most games prevent you. I did some research and have found 2 adapters which allow me to use the keyboard in games like that,
Option 1: £120 -

Option 2 - £20

I was just wondering which is better? If the second one even works for what im doing, would rather not spend £100 more for a similar product.

My opinion would be that the most expensive one is better, because usually 'you get what you pay for'.

I would 100% try out the cheaper option first though, if it works you've just saved £100, if not you could always send it back maybe?

Just buy the cheaper one? Amazon's return policy is pretty good so just return it if its shit lol
