[Need Help]PortForwarding

I have a Linksys E1000 Router and a Modem issued by Embarq. There is an admin panel for both of them, I access the Linksys panel through my Default Gateway and my modem panel through my IP address. I can only portforward through my linksys router, however, it isn't allowing me to portforward to my regular IP adress just the default gateway. It might sound confusing so here's a screenshot. Thanks for your help!

Just tick the enable and then press save on what ever port you want simple.

It isn't saving the ports :/
EDIT: it started saving them, but it is only forwarding to my default gateway. Then, it won't allow me to access the place that I forwarded the port to.
