Need help making Habbo retro.

I have bought a VPS and it is Windows 8 2010. All the Tutorials on making a Habbo retro with iis are with windows 2008 or older and the server manager part is totally different and the options are different. Can someone please help me through this or link me to a tutorial that uses windows 2010?

It's the same setup? You just need different bit sizes for your applications like xampp / navicat

You mean when I download XAMPP to download 64bit instead of 32?
