Need help doing a retro

Ive been out of doing this for a long time, last time i ran a retro was when they first came around for about a year, ive wanted to make another since but i run into so many issues its unreal. if anyone could help me step by step or link me to a guide that still easily works or a premade CMS that would be great,

But I suggest you to search around the Threads over the Forum instead o creating another...
