Need help asap! Everyone is failain

Well i decided to make a hotel. Everything is ok without the client. i will be paying you if you help med with this client problem.
Well i have had a few persons that tryed to help me with my client issue. First of all it loads to 100% then it only show black screen. But now it only shows White screen without loading. I dont understand a shit. Around 5 persons have tryed to fix it they all gave up. PLease i need some professionall help.

Try to get new SWF pack or check if you have configured external_variables.txt correct.
