Need help about Setting Up v61+

Hey DevBest need some helps over here!
1. The uberCMS that I setup works fine on the index.php but others page have no images showing up, like a plain simple page.
2. I don't understand about the UberEmu setup, saying what drop the files in htdocs and replace it with client.php something like that.
I will gratefully thank you guys if help me to solve those problems. Please Please.
