Helllo how do u change ur mysql password?

not sure if this is right section if it isnt can a mod please move it

i haven't been to phpmyadmin in a long time but go to localhost/phpmyadmin and log in, go to privillages or settings, go to the one that says password yes and is admin, click edit and go down and change the password
I don't know for navicat though :S
